I'll just guess and say it has been 4 days working on the car since the last post.
Fenders, doors, hood, and decklid finished and prepped ready for primer filler.
I am happy to say that besides some very minor touch up all the body work is complete on the entire car!
I need to sand the entire body shell down with 220 grit sandpaper before primer and may have some minor touch ups to do with a little glazing putty but 99% of it is done.
I purchased a gallon of the same epoxy primer I used to coat the car initially and can use it as a primer filler with a wider tip on my spray gun. It will provide excellent corrosion protection, keep within the same paint family, and it sands well enough too.
So, I think I'm going to sand the body all down and then maybe try some final paint on my smaller parts. Get a feel for the gun again and get to enjoy some results!
In other news, Caroline moved in so we are back together again! And she has been encouraging the bug progress so I'm happy :)
